Booking an Appointment
Customers must provide accurate booking details and select an available service, location, date and time.
Booking Type
No advance online payment is required for booking.
Services
- General Consultation
Booking Confirmation
Eligible bookings are confirmed automatically after the required booking/payment steps complete.
Appointment Availability
Available dates/times depend on the merchant's current appointment and slot configuration.
Appointment Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by the separate Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Reminders
Transactional appointment reminders/updates may be sent through supported communication channels.
Customer Responsibility
- Providing accurate booking information
- Arriving/being available at the scheduled time
- Following applicable service instructions
- Cancelling/rescheduling according to the configured rules
